MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL: You may also use this opportunity to renew your membership if not already done so. A separate table will be set up for renewals (still only $5 year).

After registration, renewal and making your raffle choices, proceed to Classroom A, where Bob Bloom will entertain you until the Evergreen Room is ready to begin the potluck, usually around 1:30.

1:30 (OR SO): When the announcement is made to proceed to the buffet, please enter Evergreen A (Cafeteria entrance) and select your table. Tables will be designated by a different placard on each table.

(Please do not try to enter Evergreen C again -- No reserved seating except for Officers and MC).

After you have made your table choice, you may proceed to get your drinks.

After opening announcements, tables will be called randomly determined by a drawing for each table.
