PROPOSED BYLAWS CHANGES - JUNE 2022
The Board proposes the below changes to the Bylaws of the Club, subject to voting and approval with at least 30 members present at the general meeting on Thursday, June 16, 2022.
- In Article I - Name, the club name will change from "THE NEWARK SENIOR CENTER COMPUTER CLUB" to "THE NEWARK SENIOR CENTER TECHNOLOGY CLUB".
- All references in the bylaws to the "COMPUTER CLUB" will be changed to the "TECHNOLOGY CLUB".
